Our Shift and Area Managers have the overall responsibility for managing people, product and equipment to ensure outstanding levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness on your shifts. The standard shift requires execution in many areas including: Quality of products; Driving Guest Satisfaction; Controlling Food and Labor costs: Reducing waste and cash shortages; Training and Coaching all Employees; Maintaining and Enforcing Health Department Regulations; Ensuring proper Food Safety and Cleanliness Standards.
As a Shift or Area Manager, you will have plenty of opportunities to advance and grow into higher level Management positions.
Possession of the traits needed to succeed at the job description, namely: excel in verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate honesty and integrity in daily decision making, and display a sense of urgency. In addition, the ideal Shift/ Area Manager Candidate must demonstrate the ability to lead, train, and motivate crew members, a High School diploma (or equivalent) and previous management experience is preferred.
