Follow up with restaurant or restaurants to ensure that development plans are in place for each of their subordinates.
• Routinely inspect their restaurant, or restaurants to make certain the restaurants are performing at the best possible level and that policies and procedures are followed.
• Implement and design programs within their restaurants that can drive out costs and increase sales.
• Have the ability to take on special projects within the organization, and implement them at an exceptional level.
• These undertakings could include supervising additional restaurants, training, mentoring, or any number of different tasks, which would require managerial skills above and beyond the Restaurant Manager position.
Beginning Salary $40,000 per year.
