As an hourly (shift) manager, you will play an integral role in areas of Restaurant Operation, Customer Relations, Employee Relations, Shift Management, and Team Building. Your opportunities for advancement will be limited to your dreams of success. From Hourly Manager you progress to People, Guest Service, and then Kitchen Department Manager, and potentially to General Manager where you'll be responsible for all aspects of a restaurant's operation and of course, increase your pay substantially. Prior restaurant or management experience will get you closer to the premium per hour pay scale. You'll also get a head start on your future because of all the advantages for training that we offer. Without prior restaurant or management experience, you will have to begin as an entry level crew member on the "fast track" to your new career. 1 Weekend Day is mandatory. You must open or close 2 days per week. Click Benefits Tab for more company information.
